IT companies need partners abroad to handle new markets – export partners, distribution partners, development and customizing partners, marketing partners etc. ITBeurope organises matchmaking services on an individual and a collective level (events), virtually and physically. The programme contains group meetings and individual appointments, specialised database search and online matchmaking.
Business Travel Support
When company representatives travel abroad they very often need information on local markets, specialised consultants such as lawyers or investment specialists. Partners and member associations offer free initial consulting support for business travellers who are members of these associations. Get in touch with your association to find out about support in the country you visit.
Consulting:
ITBeurope cooperates with a range of specialised IT business and technology consultants worldwide who advise in areas such as export markets, relocation, market opportunities, new technologies, law and tax regulations, technology transfer and intellectual property issues. ITBeuropes consulting services offer limited free consulting comprising initial consulting with a representative of ITbeurope and 1 or more hours (according to membership status) with consulting partners requested by the member company.

Diploma Support and diploma upload
ITBeurope wants to help Students in IT and IT related subjects to create and to publish (and sell, if requested) their diploma papers and theses. So ITBeurope offers help with subjects, experts and, if applicable, scholarships and also gives students the opportunity to upload digital versions of their papers onto ITBeurope’s web portal with accompanying PR services.
Incubation Services
One of ITBeurope’s major tasks is to identify promising young companies or even individuals who create interesting new IT solutions or technologies. ITBeurope will carefully select interesting candidates and match them with venture capital and incubation partners.

Newsletter:
ITBeurope’s newsletter is unique in its distribution method. Agreements with IT associations worldwide make it possible to distribute content from all partners to all partners – thus content from the ITBeurope network reaches a potential of 450,000 people in the IT industry worldwide.
Partner Discounts and Pooling:
ITBeurope cooperates with a growing number of business partners who offer discounts for individual members – IT related such as discounted hard- and software as well as services, and also non-IT products and services.
Pooling is a special rate service for corporate purchasing departments – a rental car company can offer its services considerably cheaper if a range of customers want to use them. ITBeurope’s Pooling Service checks and selects Pooling Partners Europe-wide and tries to get first class conditions for its members.
PR support
ITBeurope has purchased PR services in bulk and offers these to members at an unbeatably discounted tariff (and in some cases even for free, subject to negociation. This is part of the Pooling Services with the exception that this service is permanently available directly with ITBeurope’s PR department.
Studies and reports:
ITBeurope is itself in a position to do research in certain IT market related fields and offer these for free or at special rates, according to membership status. Major studies can be provided for considerable discounts from leading market researchers.
Technolgy Transfer support:
Available mainly for research institutions and schools of all levels to get in touch with the relevant industries. Active search of partners and expertise on new technology and market issues.
