The CzechICT Alliance was founded under the auspices of CzechTrade, the official government trade promotion organization as integral part of its vertical specialization strategy. Information and communication technologies are seen as one of the most promising export potentials of the Czech Republic and a key to success in the foreign markets.

The CzechICT Alliance counts more than 30 leading Czech ICT companies and cooperates with a great number of foreign CzechTrade offices, mainly in Europe, on successful foreign trade promotion missions. Success stories of cooperation include e.g. London, Brussels, Vienna and some others. In the Czech Republic, The CzechICT Alliance cooperates with the Ministry of Industry and Trade. 

The CzechICT Alliance focuses on organizing trade promotion missions of Czech IT companies in foreign target markets. Locations of interest include the United Kingdom, Austria, Spain, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Holland and many others. Interesting successful business relations have already been established for leading and highly competitive Czech companies. 

For foreign companies, the CzechICT Alliance offers a range of free partnership building activities, such as recommendation and finding of suitable business partners, matching specific criteria according to the scope of their projects. 

For foreign IT associations, the CzechICT Alliance is open to many ways of mutual cooperation – helping Czech as well as foreign member companies in the Czech Republic to establish fruitful business relations.
