ITBeurope is a network based organisation and operates mainly via its partners. ITBeurope seeks partnerships with IT associations, governmental and non governmental IT organisations in business, administration, research and education, IT clusters, schools of all levels, media and other interested institutions. For cooperation, ITBeurope and its partners negociate partnership agreements which regulate their relationship and the use of ITBeurope's network and CI (See partnership agreements)

ITBeurope’s partner organizations help to distribute news, organize events and assist each others' members in the search for business partners and in other local or regional issues.

Partnership agreements foresee the mutual distribution of a fixed amount of news issues, the availability of association executives to visiting members of other associations, the creation of an international services network and annual strategic meetings.

Partnerships are based on commercial (Contracts) and free non profit cooperations (Agreements).
