ITBeurope’s board will consist of six members elected annually by the General Assembly.

The board is assisted by an advisory board consisting of the presidents or general secretaries of partner associations and representatives of corporate sponsors as well as governmental and scientific institutions.

ITBeurope's sources of income are contributions by its founding partners and its sponsors as well as fees for special services. Since ITBeurope is a non profit association and any surplus is being reinvested in projects aiming at reaching the goals association.

The financial transactions are being controlled by a member of the board, an external tax adviser, ITBeurope's law consultant and Austria's tax authorities.
